Do I need paid tools?
Youβll need access to $20/mo Claude plan and a free or paid Notion account. Some advanced automations may require additional tools, but the core Command Center setup works with Claude + Notion.
Is this just a bunch of prompts?
No, it's a real working system, and the difference is memory. Prompts you paste into a chat forget everything the second you close the window, so you start over every time. Do I need a fast or expensive computer?
No. Any normal laptop works fine. I recorded the entire setup on a beat-up 2017 MacBook on purpose, just to prove it. If that old thing can run it, yours can.
What happens if I get stuck?
