  • Write a short headline for each clip.
  • Tell us which quotes you want to feature on your quote card graphics.
What WE will do every week:
  • Edit your video into 3 highlight clips.
  • Transcribe each clip using AI software.
  • Remove the filler words and audio gaps to make it faster and easier to watch.
  • Edit the transcriptions to correct spelling and grammar errors.
  • Optimize the size of each clip for social posts (16x9, 1x1, and 9x16).
  • Add subtitle captions to each clip.

FAQs

How soon will we start creating content to post?

Before we begin creating content, we must complete the planning and preparation phases. This is necessary because we need to have the strategy and visual assets in place before we can begin content production.
  • The planning phase takes approximately 1-2 weeks.
  • The preparation phase takes approximately 2-3 weeks.
After these phases are complete, we will begin the weekly production schedule.

How soon will I get my media package after I send you my weekly video?

You have a deadline every week to send us your video by Sunday night at 12 pm Pacific Time. As long as your video has been sent by that time, you will receive your media package by the end of the day on that upcoming Friday.

Examples:
  1. If you submit your video file by 12 pm Pacific Time on Sunday, January 3rd, then you will receive your media package by the end of the day on Friday, January 8th.
  2. If you submit your video file on Monday, January 4th, then you will receive your media package by the end of the day on Friday, January 15th.

How do the payments work?

  • You can either pay in full or on a 30-day cycle.
  • Your 3-month container begins on the day that we have our "Content Strategy" meeting.
  • Your final video must be submitted before 12 pm Sunday night one week before our 3-month container is complete.
    • Example: If we have our "Content Strategy" meeting on Monday, February 1st, then your final opportunity to submit a video to be edited would be by 12 pm on Sunday, April 1st. That would allow us enough time to create your final media package before your 3-month container expires.

What happens after the 3-month beta program is over?

Our goal in this beta program is to refine our processes and create case studies. At the end of the 3 months, we will follow up with you to review the success of this service and discuss options to continue to work together. Either way, we will give you all the design templates and files that we used to create your content so you can continue to use them for your marketing.
